The boys and I had arranged to meet the Foxes at the Territory Wildlife today. It is a fantastic open-air zoo about 50 km out of Darwin. It is so big that there are shuttle trains that take you to different parts of the park. There are big aviaries representing different habitats, a walk through aquarium and a fantastic nocturnal house.
We also liked feeding time for the king brown snake. A few bits of trivia – it is also known as the mulga snake and is actually part of the black snake family. So remember the last fact just in case one bites you, it could save your life.
